When Kimberly-Clark sought to update its global careers website, its leaders turned to Relish Marketing. The goal was to create a more centralized application experience for job candidates while consistently reflecting the diversity of original thinking that the company seeks in its employees and its overall employer branding.

From concept through launch, the Relish team worked extensively with the Kimberly-Clark Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and IT teams, as well as the company’s external web development partner. We developed fresh content and designs to connect the company’s overall corporate brand with the crisp, direct, down-to-earth style of Kimberly-Clark’s award-winning Welcome Original Thinkers employer brand. We recommended a site architecture and designed page layouts to deliver a digital experience reflecting the ideal candidate journey. We wrote and edited content for the entire global site and 68 country-specific pages. We managed project implementation and developed a toolkit to help launch the website to Kimberly-Clark’s internal audiences and external stakeholders.

The site engaged job seekers by exemplifying the value of original thinking to the company’s global success, highlighting opportunities for worldwide candidates, and making it easier than ever to apply online.
