As part of a company-wide initiative to update and streamline its recruitment and hiring processes, multi-national consumer, healthcare and workplace product leader, Kimberly-Clark, turned to Relish Marketing to help it rethink its online job posting and recruitment system. We responded with both strategic and creative solutions for digital experiences and employer branding, which led to the new CareersatKC website.
The new site combines easy-to-find information with a robust posting system, accurate search capabilities and a streamlined application process, all designed to work on multiple platforms. With new web statistics revealing the prevalence of visitors using mobile devices, Relish Marketing also designed a sophisticated, fast-loading mobile version of the careers site. The site automatically recognizes mobile devices, simplifies navigation and reflects the company’s overall recruitment brand while seamlessly interacting with Kimberly-Clark’s career applicant tracking system.
