Following an enterprise-wide survey that indicated 50% employee disengagement, this multinational chemical company realized that they needed to revitalize the way employees viewed their significance within the company. As part of this initiative, Relish Marketing worked with Arizona Chemical to develop a new internal brand that would enable employees to better understand organizational goals and their contributions to achieving them. Drivers ranging from executive accessibility to the company’s history of environmental soundness came together to indicate one clear message: Arizona Chemical and its employees make A Positive Difference – in their work, for their customers, and to the world. We developed a compelling presentation to help the company’s top executives introduce the internal brand to their global leadership, as well as support materials to enable leaders to inform and inspire employees at every level of the organization.
